Plot: This is a unique film in Disney Production’s history. This film is essentially a propaganda film selling Major Alexander de Seversky’s theories about the practical uses of long range strategic bombing. Using a combination of animation humorously telling about the development of air warfare, the film switches to the Major illustrating his ideas could win the war for the allies.

I just done the last gym badge but have not gone through victory road. This is my team.

Any suggestions? How much do I still need to train? How do I get Frenzy Plant for my Torterra? Do I stand a chance against the Pokemon League? Thanks!
By the way where is a good place to train my glaceon?
Very good team (especially Togekiss). You will do well in the Pokemon Leage. For Torterra to learn Frenzy Plant, go to the Desert Route and talk to the old man in a house. Torterra must love you, though.

I’d level them up a bit more though
So that way their health goes up as well.
Try some calcium, iron, protien, etc too!

That’s a good team. I think mine were around that level or maybe a little less at this point, so you should do fine if you have a load of items and you know what you’re doing.
I’m pretty sure Frenzy Plant is the move you get from the guy around Fight Area or whatever it’s called, which is after the E4.
Glaceon is good against Grass, so I’d train against the dude way below Veilstone, just above the lake. He’s a collector with 3 Roselia, and they give Sp. Atk EVs, though EV training is hard before the E4 and without items, and they are only around lvl 22.

YOUR TEAM IS VERY GOOD THEY AL HAVE GREAT MOVES BUT TRY LEVELING THEM UP TO ABOUT THE SAME LEVEL UR PROBOPASS IS BEHIND but very great team
to get frenzy plant you need to get the national dex then go to resort area and keep on going north until you go to route 228.Then keep on going north again until you reach a house in front of a small lake.Go in and talk to the old man to learn frenzy plant,hydro cannon and some other fire move.Frenzy Plant is like hyper beam only grass type and hydro cannon is also like hyper beam but water type.
